Low Season Cancellation Policy

Bookings that are cancelled 30 days and over prior to occupancy will attract a 12% booking and administration fee and 4% credit card charges on total accommodation amount. 

For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less prior to occupancy and where the apartment is not re-booked for the same period: No refund of total accommodation amount.  If the apartment is re-booked for the same period the cancellation will attract a booking and administration fee of 12% of the total amount of the original booking and 4% credit card charges.

High Season Cancellation Policy

Bookings that are cancelled 60 days and over prior to occupancy will attract a 12% booking and administration fee and 4% credit card charges on total accommodation amount. 

For bookings that are cancelled 60 days or less prior to occupancy and where the apartment is not re-booked for the same period: No refund of total accommodation amount.  If the apartment is re-booked for the same period the cancellation will attract a booking and administration fee of 12% of the total amount of the original booking and 4% credit card charges.
